I told already that I'm travelling a lot. About four months a year I'm spending in business trips. If add holidays and beer treks I'm spending almost half a year out of home. This period I'm living in hotels. So I named this chapter as "In the Hotel". In this chapter I will tell about beers tasted during my travels. In the another chapter "Near the Fireplace" I'm talking about beer I have drunk at home. I will not comment flavours, merits and disadvantages of beer grades. If you are aiming only to learn about it, please, refer to Paul Egorov's "Beer boxes" or Lekher's "Beer Weekly". I'm not so experienced taster. I only like beer indeed. |
